Joyful Citrus and daisies. Loooove this one in my bathroom and/or kitchen. And I won't lie daisies are my fave flower. 

Rose. Always a classic fave.

Some signs to look for:

• Burning the mucosa in your mouth, esophagus, gut lining and beyond in the digestive tract.
• Nausea, stomach pain and neurological discomfort like nerve pain and numbness.
• Symptoms such as agitation, hallucinations, seizures, chemical burns, breathing problems, liver failure and brain swelling.
• Adverse reactions related to the essential oil being a contraindication to use with certain health conditions or prescribed medications.
• Sensitization or allergic reactions.

Essential Oils

So, a lot of people like essential oils, but we have pets and I have been hearing a lot of theories about it not being safe for animals.

If that is your go to brand and you're sticking to it. I will list a couple here that I do love the smell and their restorative properties.

Combo pack: This includes the stress relief which I love. But beware Tea Tree Oil is included. To be on the safe side, don't put this one in a room with pets. This is my opinion, not based on facts that I know of just hearsay and other people who have had some animal reaction to it.

Fidgets for kids and adults- I found some unique, quality fidgets. I am looking at ones that are made well and can be easily used, but fun and unique

Fidgets help increase the frequency of neurotransmitters in the brain that are responsible for focus and attention. According to Bridget Gilormini, director of Pacer Center's Simon Technology Center, "Fidgets give the user an opportunity to give their hands or bodies something to do and allows their brain to then focus on the task at hand, such as listening to a teacher or reading."
